Well earned for the homie 
Hate to reference 'CK' but we're clearly in an era where influencers are of actual influence in State affairs. Ghana was smart to make this move and others with similar visions for their country and/or relations would be wise to follow suit
The ceremony took place, with the photo op for the president.
What I like about Wode does is that he allows regular people from the different countries to speak for themselves & point out the good and the bad about their societies. Earlier this year, he teamed up with a local Ghanaian group to clean gutters & roads, and to AIR out their govt. for not maintaining public works in the capital city.
Aired them out in front of the entire world, and promoted local residents who were doing the work.
