Nah... this ain't it. Meta and social media are a scapegoat imo... they're just the channels to organize these events. People with the will and network can, have, and will adapt to the devices at hand.

The problem is they're bored. Invest in city sanctioned pop-ups. Invite vendors and commission teen staff, etc. Hell, pull the masterminds in for consulting :fine:

I don't think they're being scapegoated. As that city council is weighing all the options you mentioned as well. Not either/or but both.

But very irresponsible for those platforms to not strongly enforce their own rules.

The people on tbe other end of political aisle love this stupid teen takeover shit. Helps them to pass laws and rules that would not pass otherwise.
